So, you're interested in becoming a Mirite, eh?  Well, your first step is to join up with STARFLEET International, Inc.  Take a quick jump over to www.sfi.org to get signed up.  On you application, specify that you want to be assigned to the USS Mir NCC-73281.  The next step is to drop a line to the USS Mir Commanding Officer, so we know you are coming aboard.  When you contact the CO, make sure to include which section you would like to be assigned to.
