Since our beginning as the Flight Team Nexus, we have seen a number of Commanding Officers lead the crew with sometimes wildly varying command styles.  We believe that with each change in command, the ship only becomes stronger.  Each new leadership style infuses the crew with new ideas and fresh perspectives.
